THE DRIVE TO 800

As you know, the Sparrows Point Athletic Booster Club serves as the primary financial supporter of Sparrows Point athletics. Our purpose is to generate community and financial support for our athletic teams so that they may compete at the highest levels while representing the school and community with the class and pride it deserves. From new uniforms to new equipment, from the Fall banquet to the Spring banquet, it is our goal to continue providing our programs the support in which success may strive.

For the upcoming 2005-2006 season, we have made it our goal to bring in 800 NEW MEMBERSHIPS. Our goal is an ambitious one and it will require your absolute dedication to Sparrows Point athletics. To achieve this goal, we are asking for your help with the following:

1. Each student-athlete to obtain 2 new Booster Club members

2. Each coach to join the Athletic Booster Club.

With over 40 outstanding coaches and 400 student-athletes, we feel this goal is not only a realistic one, but one that will allow the Booster Club to continue providing Sparrows Point athletics with the resources it needs to compete with the best in the state of Maryland.

The following is the current list of donating levels:

Single Membership $15.00/year
Family Membership $20.00/year
Lifetime Membership $50.00 (last year for this rate)

To reward those players for their support, we have created the following incentives:

All players who obtain two (2) new memberships will be recognized at their respective Athletic Banquet.

The Athlete with the highest number of new Booster Club Memberships will receive a donated gift.
